2005 Harley Heritage Softail

Here are some of the basic facts about the Harley Softail for the Harley Davidson motorcycle buff who don't already know. Harley introduced the name Softail to the world back in the 1980's as a way to describe the hidden suspension on the bike. The word softail ultimately wound up being used as an adjective describing any bike with a hidden rear suspension, but I believe HD Motorcyle actually trademarked the term. The Softail, though looking more like a hardtail, can absorb road shock as good as any bike out on the road today. It maintains that signature Harley Davidson hardtail image while providing the rider an experience that is much easier on the back. 1. It ain't the bike, bud. It's the guy. I met a woman (not a little girl) who wouldn't even consider going out with a guy who had a bike. I had two. She's been my wife for 8+ years now. I still have two bikes. Not the same ones, but still two.

  2. I was just wondering why didn't the Fat bob wasn't included in the 105th anniversary models considering that this is the´╗┐ 1st year for Fat bob and by having a 105th edition, it would have made it a unique peace of art that could be worth a lot more in the future.
